This safe and completely holistic complementary therapy has been shown to be effective for a variety of stress related illnesses. It can be used to help relax, restore and maintain the body’s natural equilibrium.
A Reflexologist applies gentle and varying pressure by using fingers only to a range of reflex points on the feet and/or hands. Detailed information is taken prior to a first treatment to understand the client's health concerns and expectations.

Gabriele is registered and insured with the AOR but also a member of the FHT. She teaches CPD courses in Reflexology (details below) and works at St. Georges Hospital for the Full Circle Fund where she gives treatments to cancer patients.
Hand Reflexology:
During this day course we will cover
- a full hand routine
- identify and work selected hand reflexes for specific problems/illnesses
- a self-help hand reflexology routine for cancer potients
- learn how to use Hand Reflexology effectively in different settings

- infertility issues
- Reflexology to support a pregnancy
